Antifungal Treatments
There are a number of natural antifungals that you can take in supplement form or even add into your diet. If these don’t work you can talk to your doctor and try some antifungal medicines.
The most popular natural treatment is probably Caprylic Acid, a mild chemical that is found naturally in coconut milk. There are lots to try though, so if one treatment doesn't work then feel free to rotate between them.
Your doctor may also prescribe you a medicine like Nystatin, a mild treatment that is very well suited for treating Candida. Nystatin is particularly effective because it leaves the rest of your gut flora intact.
