I’m on a late-response rampage here (only 6 years late…), but i’ve been on a candida diet for almost a month now, and enjoying a few raw cacao beans daily without any issues (i even add some stevia…). I think it is wise NOT to smack yourself and limit yourself to the point where youre deprived and desperate. Im not saying go ahead and eat sugars and yeast and pastries and alcohol, but Cacao has some amazing traits, and if you are not consuming caffeine in any other means – I think having a little cacao wont damage your body.
Who said anything about CHOCOLATE? The OP asked about raw cacao powder / nibs. This is nothing like chocolate. And is most certainly NOT SWEET (i dont know who this Raster is… but he is often misleading people on this forum). Get your facts straight before you randomly decide what is good or bad for you. In my personal opinion and experience, it is not bad for you, but just like anything else – in moderation.
Jeez, you people for real?
Everywhere I search “cacao” online I come across “ANTI-INFLAMMATORY”.
If that doesnt do it for you, my wife, who is a naturopath for over 10 years now, also says the same.
Who told you its inflammatory? show your sources.July 13, 2018 at 6:01 am in reply to: Candida Diets do not seem to have much of a success rate #176225
I’m a new member here, and I’ve been on a rather strict candida diet for 3.5 weeks now. I must tell you, that from the very first days I felt a HUGE improvement to my foot fungus. It started to decrease rapidly, and I’ve been suffering from it for YEARS now. It is a fucking WONDER.
So yes – diet alone CAN works miracles, assuming your body’s natural strength to heal itself is still strong enough.

Keep up the strict diet & supplements and destroy this beeyatch.
