yummy wraps

    Cut up some green peppers, onions in small strips, and spinach & cook in olive oil & garlic.. Cook till it’s caramelized, and put it in a lettuce/kale wrap.

    When using Kale, just cut the stem out about half way, then you put your toppings in it & fold the ends…

    You can use a lot of other things in here.. eggs,or any veggies allowed….

    You can also use organic seaweed wrap (the kind they use for sushi)

    Collard greens make the best wraps. I use them for tacos, egg burritos, and sandwiches.
