    My Favorite any time is

    1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
    1/2 Cup Very Thick Coconut Milk
    1/4 tsp of vanilla extrac no alcohol or powder form
    1-2 pkgs of Stevia

    Mix Sprinkle with Toasted unsweetened coconut
    I also use it as a dip when I do have a half of a sliced Green Apple.

    The yogurt is acidolfilus and the coconut milk Caprylic Acid both very good to help with Candida issues.

    I am not able to eat yogurt anymore and am trying desperately to find something to eat on candida/leaky gut diet. Seems impossible as the candida diet allowed me some grains, eggs and yogurt. Now no fruit, grains, dairy, eggs, tomatoes and no nuts and seeds. I might as well just do a starvation diet. Any thoughts there. New to joining in on the site and could not find where to post my ‘frustration with eating’. Thanks all.
