    lactose free nature yoghurt or simple nature yoghurt is necessary to eat ?
    or it it doesn’t matter?

    Dairy based yogurt is completely ok with the diet, you just need to monitor sugar content of the yogurt.

    For instance, regular yogurt contains somewhere between 15-25+ grams of sugar per serving, while greek yogurt contains 8-15 grams of sugar per serving. Greek yogurt contains probiotics which is the single most imprortant thing you need for your recovery; but you will need probiotics from other sources such as a probiotic pill to get better as well.
