I was wondering if any unsweetened processed nutmilks are ok. I’m used to drinking unsweetened almond milk daily but am wondering if it is feeding my candida too much. Also which non dairy milk is the best for candida- coconut, hemp, almond, hazelnut,…anything else? I realize rice and soy milk are both harmful. I’m asking specifically about store bought milk- I do not have time to soak and make my own which I realize would then be mold free. Thanks!!

Anything that is homemade is the best choice in my opinion…if you can soak the nuts first this is best.

Thanks, but I’m asking about store bought milks- or should I avoid them completely??

I would avoid them personally, they will contain molds…

It’s not that hard to make it homemade. Soak the nuts for 24 hours and then put in your blender, blend for 30 secs and strain it…bam you have nut milk.
