    I find that GSE is very effective in treating the fungas. I don’t put my in water, however. I bought some gel caps and I put 30 drops (per the protocol) in the cap and drink a glass of water. Diluting it alone in water is just too hot for me.

    I would take GSE on its own as I have noticed that if I take another herbal anti-fungal with it it seems as though the GSE makes it bubble up into my esophagus and gives me terrible heartburn.
