I have just recently made two pots of Water Kefir. One at 400ml with 2 tablespoons of kefir, 3 tablespoons of sugar and the other at 800ml with again 2 tablespoons of kefir and 6 tablespoons of sugar…phew!!
I fermented them for 3 days each and was wondering if it really is safe for me to drink it as I dipped my finger in and it tasted oh so deliciously sweet..too sweet. Whats everyones thoughts?
Also my 800ml one has stopped effervescing, hhwhat does that mean?!
Also this can be a place to give tips and advice..
