I read on a popular candida website that candida sufferers should probably have vitamin deficiency testing performed – that some people are naturally inclined to have lower amounts of certain vitamins but have a good supply of others, and the only way to be certain is to be tested. Have any of you had vitamin deficiency testing performed? I spoke with my local ND who said he could do it through SpectraCell Laboratories.
Also, I started the candida diet a little over a month ago. Since then the only vitamin I’ve taken is vitamin C. Should I start taking additional vitamins (A, D, D3, E, magnesium, zinc, etc.) before or after having a vitamin deficiency test?
