I was wondering if anybody knows of a B12 source that doesn’t include bad ingredients. The ones I find have fructose, cherry flavor, croscarmelose sodium, citric acid, all sorts of bad stuff. My naturopath recommended I get on the supplement but all I find is sublingual tabs with those ingredients. Any ideas?

    S. is right, B12 is made by the normal flora in the intestines, and the best source is kefir and probiotics. I never took this as an individual vitamin, so I’m afraid I don’t have a brand for you.

    Contains B12 also.

The problem with multiple B vitamin supplements such as the one suggested above is that they’re unbelievably off balance as far as the RDA’s (Recommended Daily Allowance) are concerned which can cause deficiencies. For example, the one suggested above contains over 6000% of the RDA of B12 but just slightly over 100% of the RDA of Biotin. This can definitely cause an imbalance of Biotin. Biotin is of course extremely important to any Candida infestation and most sufferers already have a deficiency of this B vitamin.

It’s very important for you to grasp that in our modern food supply B12 is found MOSTLY in animal products. If you eat a vegan diet, you MUST be sure you’re getting the amount of Vegan Vitamin B12 you need.
