    Hi, everyone.

    I just signed up and already getting a taste of this great forum.
    I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how to turn the boring breakfast routine into a whole new experience.

    I tried, for e.g., to do the following:

    Day:
    #1: Soft boiled eggs (2-3min) with cucumbers and carrots
    #2: hard boiled eggs with steamed broccoli
    #3: Kefir yogurt with 3 spoons of cereals
    #4: Tomatoes filled with cow cheese creme
    #5: brown rice with sea fruits
    #6: eggs in bread (bread with no yeast and brown flour)
    #7: toast bread (no yeast, brown flour) with peanut butter

    Any other ideas?

    For breakfast or a snack…..

    Natural yoghurt (pref made at home)
    Coconut Oil
    Vanilla
    Stevia

    Its the best yoghurt ive ever tasted!

    I assume you mean vanilla powder? Can you use any?

    Please add this delicious and easy to make recipe to your breakfast plan.

    Rice Pudding
    Rice Pudding

    1 cup cooked brown rice
    2 tbsps coconut oil
    Cinnamon
    Stevia

    Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the cooked rice. Mix in cinnamon and Stevia to taste.

    A few of my favourite breakfasts ares:

    Buckwheat porridge with cinnamon and/or coconut made from buckwheat flakes

    Buckwheat bread with scrambled eggs

    Toasted Coconut bread with coconut oil

    Kefir

    I think all these options are much more suited to an anti-candida diet as many of the foods your consuming such as rice, tomatoes, bread and peanut butter will probably be detrimental to treatment,
