from now one i cut all the sugar. i just eat meat, vegetables, walnuts, olives, olive and mozarella and i know the first month i´ll be so weak and tired. and i would like to eat one cup of coffee per day. is that a big deal? i like so much.
It depends on how addicted to it you are. If you are a heavy consumer, I would first focus on reducing coffee intake. Then I would focus on getting off of it completely. I would replace with green tea (caffeinated) first and then reduce this and switch over to herbal non-caffeinated teas such as chamomile (wakes you up if steeped over 8 mins). However I would not drink it over the entirety of the diet in high amounts or daily. I personally drink it about 2x per week and try to aim for 1x.
