It’s been a month of being on the strict diet other then brown rice once a week and or lentils. I’m starving 24/7 though even with eatin a load of coconut bread every other day. Anyway i have been training hard in my Jiu jitsu and even did twice today and I feel great. People said I look better also. The bloating is still there because of leaky gut, yeast and inflamation. The days I work out my bloating is alot better. But I’m glad I’m feeling better.April 26, 2013 at 2:34 pm #103588

I noticed in the past two weeks of eating the stricter diet plus got gluten free oatbran I have more energy. I’m urinating alot less, the color on my skin is better. Hopefully this continues and the yeast goes away. Then I can heal leaky gutApril 26, 2013 at 6:30 pm #103594

Just think, Mooch, you could have been in that condition four months ago if you ahd followed the strict diet instead of listening too “all those doctors” you’ve been paying.
But I’m really glad that you’re now feeling better and seeing some positive changes.

That one cheat meal a week seemed to add yeast and the nystatin had to kill more making me horrible. I feel good but hope I don’t jinx it. When I’m at work I don’t feel like just falling asleep and I’m excited to hit the gym later. It’s a rare feeling nowadays! Thx for the help. I just need more calories I’m so hungry
