Hey, so I’ve been on coconut oil for about a month now and last night I started to get stomach pain and nausea after dosing. Happened about an hour ago too. Would anybody know why this is happening? Also, I’m baking some coconut bread and I’m wondering if I should save it or try a little now. I was on the diet for 2 weeks (after a 5 day cleanse) before I messed up and fed my infection. Now I’ve been dieting correctly for a week.

What you are experiencing is die-off symptoms. When you take an antifungal it causes die-off which can be a wide range of symptoms. Nauseau is one of them. If you increase antifungals it should be worse symptoms.
