    I don’t know what to believe now. Some websites it says it’s not good to eat brown rice, beans, lentils or quinoa because they are a type of starch that feeds the candida.

    I am going to start soon the diet and need to know asap!

    I understand why you are confused!
    Some can do it and others can’t. It is individual. I think it takes a little longer to get rid of the candida if you eat it, but in return it will make it much easier for you to get through diet.
