I don’t know what to believe now. Some websites it says it’s not good to eat brown rice, beans, lentils or quinoa because they are a type of starch that feeds the candida.
I am going to start soon the diet and need to know asap!
Here are many useful posts. http://www.thecandidadiet.com/forum/yaf_postst1922_Index-of-Posts.aspx
You should especially read the protocol and allowed foods list.
If you still have questions after reading, post them.
I understand why you are confused!
Some can do it and others can’t. It is individual. I think it takes a little longer to get rid of the candida if you eat it, but in return it will make it much easier for you to get through diet.
But read the link above 🙂
