I just took an Immuno Blood test, which resulted in my knowledge of being “sensitive” to 40 out of 154 foods. The sensitivities were rated 1 – 4, 4 being the most severe. Two of which are brewer’s yeast and baker’s yeast, oh – and wheat (+1). The doctor said more than likely I would test positive for candida (although I wasn’t tested yet).
With this test, I have to eat only the foods that I am not sensitive to for 90 days. Then I can slowly bring the foods that rated +1 back into my diet. My friend forwarded me this forum and as I keep reading I am wondering if this diet I am supposed to start on Monday is similar to what you are speaking of here.
I really need to call my doctor and find out if I need to get tested for candida as I am confused what to do. It sounds like I would test candida positive.

I have plus 4 of brewers and bakers yeast in my blood sensitivities test. I then found out I have yeast overgrowth. If you have any candida symptoms I would check out the protocol on this program before it gets out of handApril 19, 2013 at 7:23 pm #103141
