Hi everyone, I wanted to give UCD a try since I feel tired all the time and suffer psoriasis/dandruff. First week of the UCD my dandruff got alot better, however, when I introduced millet, and a few other few foods I started getting rashes again. Does anyone know what might be the trigger? But at the sametime I used to eat sunflower seeds I cut those too =/ Those for the advice in advance.
Your liver health is likely directly related to skin problems. If your liver can detox the toxins properly, then your body won’t have to detox via a different method (the other 2 are the skin and lungs, some people detox via asthma, etc.)
So what is your detox plan to detox from the toxins? If you don’t have one, then you need one!
