I have been eating this yogurt for past couple days and now experiencing intense die-off! I was surprised because I have not had any milk products or yogurt in over a month, and this was my first test on my system. Seems to be great.
Ingredients: Pasteurized Skim Milk Live Active Cultures
Live Cultures: B. lactis, L. acidophilus, L. delbrueckii subsp bulgaricus, L. delbrueckii subsp lactis, S thermophilus

Taste review: Very thick, only eating the plain version as there is absolutely no added sugar. A little bitter but better consistency than other yogurts I have tried. This is a great breakfast.
