I have been eating cookd spinich and garlic with onions & green peppers in olive oil, eggs with spinich, cocounut bread with stevia, Brussels sprouts, rutabaga strips baked or fried in olive oil are good, the beiler broth in the recipe section here is also good, I get organic whole chickens and they last for days, also save your coconut bread crumbs and u can use for breading chicken.
