    I am thinking about adding salmon to my diet, but am concerned about the red food dye that is used with this, even with the wild caught. But I love the taste and the health benefits. I am concerned about if this could add to yeast symptoms. Does anyone know for sure what is in the dye? Thanks!

    Any chance you could buy organic? That shouldn’t be dyed. I’ve had to stop eating salmon as I get deep brain fog and a headache for a few hours afterwards. I’m by no means attributing this to the dye, but it is possible.
