Hi, I get adverse effects from hard/soft boiled organic eggs (head/neck pain), yet feel neutral or even decent after eating a few fried organic eggs. Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing this reaction? Cheers.
There’s definitely something to that, but for me I get digestive issues when eating boiled or fried. When I scramble them or make an omelette (both times involving thorough mixing), it eases my digestive response, because it’s all broken down already. But eating them with yolks/whites separate causes problems. I also get by with digestive bitters, becuase it helps me digest better.
