Hello. I´ve been eating a lot of quinoa lately. More and less 150 grams of quinoa (5 oz of quinoa). I don´t know if is that bad for candida. But I don´t feel very bad with it. Can you give me some advice about how much quinoa should I eat?

Most candida diets tell you to stay away from it.

I have it 2-3 times a week, but mine is mixed with garlic, parsley, cherry tomatoes, celery, and lemon.

I will get a reaction from something within 15 minutes if its going to affect me negatively and quinoa doesnt give me a bad reaction either 🙂

Its super high in carbs, fat, vitamins, and protein, so its a nutrient-dense food.
I would encourage anyone who doesnt do alot of leafy-greens or veggies to eat it, since it contains high amounts of copper…which can balance candida positively if you have enough of it. If you are deficient or copper-toxic, you can encourage overgrowth.

I recommend researching it, its really interesting!
