    My favorite breakfast that I have on day 1 and 3 of my 4 day rotation is a protein powder green smoothie. I’m looking for protein powders which are candida diet approved. I use hemp seeds on days 2 and 4 so I’m looking for non-hemp. Here’s what I’ve been using so far:

    Sunwarrior rice protein chocolate:

    PlantFusion Vanilla Bean:

    Are these two approved for candida sufferers? Are there any others that are?

    Also I’ve been using half an avocado and a small handful of berries in these smoothies. Is this okay?

    I’d go back to the hemp protein imho…amaranth and quinoa shouldn’t be consumed on the diet until a late stage.

    I’d also check out teff and chia seeds and flax.
