    Hi i recommend that you eat avocado it is the most healthy bacteria.

    Avocado has nothing to do with bacteria.

    It is a fruit, and not a prebiotic. Seriously, stop with you false claims, you’ll put ideas in people’s heads that they’ll believe.

    In response to the OP – there is a section on here that talks about good probiotics, I think a recommended one is HMF neuro.

    Make sure if you get pills they have around 8 different bacterial strains, and at least 30 billion. If not, start with a smaller dose and work your way up.

    Also – try sauerkraut, the best probiotic known to man.

    Thank you….I don’t like sauerkraut, I’ve tried to like it but ugh….was thinking about HMF neuro. But worried about the viability of the probiotic during international shipping…I live in the UK

    I recommend checking out HMF neuro which is the only human derived probiotic on the market in the US. There also is another human derived one in canada.

    Ok annidee i stop taking probiotic because it dont help with riddin candida it crowd out candida and gets compromise together with bad bacteria so you are in square one again.
