There has been a lot of talk about Enemas being an effective tool against Candida here. I’m wondering if anyone uses enemas to get the probiotic where it needs to be?

I’ve actually seen this recommended by a respected Japanese biologist on a TV show I watch. I’ve got no idea if there have been any clinical trials on this sort of treatment, but since faecal transplants work so well, it’d make sense. Unlike a normal enema, you’re not aiming to wash out the bowel, so you may be able to avoid the side-effects of such a practice. Still, unless you can find some reliable evidence, it’s all in your own … Well, it’s your decision.
