I need help with choosing the right supplements for my healing.
I want to place an order for Colostrum ASAP. I again have two options (just like acetyl L carnitine)
Colostrum Bovine Colostrum (from milk) and Phospholipids 600 mg *
FOS 100 mg *
Lactoferrin 50 mg *
Colostrum (standardized to 25% Immunoglobulins) 800 mg
Other ingredients in both are capsules made from Vegetable gelatin.
My criteria for choosing is that no ingredient should set me back on the treatment, and also which will help me more. Please help!!December 2, 2012 at 4:46 pm #92446

Hello, Healing; according to the ingredients, I’d choose option 1.
