Hi ex lurker here , have been suffering with candida for six months and have been on a candida diet for two weeks.I have been taking acdiophillus daily along with grape seed extract garlic and coconut oil as antifungals.I can tell this is working as I’ve had small die off encounters (strange diarrhea unusal marks scratches nails ).My big problem is constipation , I know I need to be flushing toxins out frequently and I’m not doing it.I take flax seeds daily plent of veg etc but no avail.I know I can beat this but I need to beat constipation first. I have orderd colosan powder and I’m wondering should I take pysuillm husks daily ?

My experience with psyllium is that it worsens the constipation. Swedish bitters and Betaine HCL can help. The single biggest improvement I had with bowel movements though, was in adding oat bran and zasha (buckwheat) to my breakfast. Unfortunately, I had to stop the buckwheat because I noticed an increase of my thrush every time I ate it. This isn’t the case for every one though.

Thanks for the info guys , two final questions (sorry for asking so many).What is the best thinks to directyl combat tounge thrush?
