    Hi, everyone 🙂 I made a crumb crust with lemon zest in it this evening, and I started wondering if orange zest could be used as flavoring. Do any of you know if this is ok for an ACD? None of the juice – just the zest. Thanks!

    I’ve always avoided recipes that mention orange zest, but you’ve got me thinking!
    I found this article

    I’m very nervous about adding things back into my diet; scared to undo all the hard work. But I think I might work up the courage to give orange zest a go, in a salad dressing or something.
