    1 onion
Bowl of flour (buckwheat, rice bran etc) or use bread crumbs
    1 egg

    1) Slice the onion into round circles.
    2) Whisk the egg and then dip each onion slice into the egg and then place it into the bowl of flour or bread crumbs.
    3) Drizzle olive oil into a frying pan and coat the onion ring in the oil till they are covered and fry them for 5 minutes or until crispy.

They were really good. Thank you for posting this! :)I added some spices to the buckwheat flour. I think some coconut bread crumbs from a more savory loaf might be the best thing to use on this.
    Thanks again,
    Lauren

    Hello,

Thanks for the recipe. What type of bread crumbs are permitted? Thanks.

Simple, excellent and allowed, Cheers! 😀
(Although I would spray them with coconut oil and try baking rather than frying)
