    My question is short but sweet. Can we use nutritional yeast?

    I would say 80 percent of what I have read online seems to give us the green light but some forums on here are debating whether it is okay to have an inactive yeast in our diet. I have always eaten a moderate amount of sugar in my diet in some form or another but also exercise and eat healthy greens and a well balanced diet. I am not going on the strictest version of this diet; therefore, if you could answer this question, considering that I am just hoping not to repeatedly ingest something that would counter my other efforts or modifications while being on this diet.
