Hi all –
After two years of dealing with a rash on my neck, arm and face (and being told that it was eczema) plus recent persistent yeast infections, I finally got prescribed diflucan and saw my rash dissipate by the second day. I had heard about candida overgrowth when my symptoms started and always thought it might be the root of the problem. Obviously, I have no proof, but over the past two or so years I’ve also had a diet high in alcohol, sugar, fruits and grains — so it makes sense.
I’m really overwhelmed by how complicated this diet is and how some of the “rules” are still up for debate. I have no problem adhering to a strict diet, I’ve been a vegetarian for the past two years and a vegan during some of that time. But what is the best way to start? I’m especially bummed because I just bought a ton of berries, fresh fruit, pita, hummus and coconut water — and my mom has been making fresh yogurt from scratch!
How did you all start out? What guidelines must I follow right away?
Any help is appreciated.

Well fortunately for you, we developed a good plan to get better and heal from candida:
The cleanse is completely optional.
We also developed a strict forum diet that doesn’t allow nuts, rice, fruit, etc. Email able900 if you are interested.
A great way to start out is to follow the directions of the protocol and slowly start adding things in over time.
