You’re going to have to try it and find out for yourself. We’re all different. You might do OK with them now but not next week, or vice versa. I prefer raw milk cheddar, it has almost zero lactose and raw digests easier. Some say dairy is not the best choice for ppl with gut issues. I may soon quit dairy altogether.

The Ultimate Candida Diet recommends no dairy except for organic yogurt with good bacteria (A,B and C), butter, ghee or kefir. Anything else, especially cheese was a no-no from what I have read. Also any starchy vegetables such as potatoes were to be avoided.
