Hi guys. I’m a little concerned about supplementing Molybdenum since it depletes copper. Thoughts?

As far as I know, molybdenum only depletes copper when taken in very large amounts If you’re concerned about it, try adding some organ meats to your diet!

If it is molybdenum amino acid chelate, it is a chelation agent that removes beneficial minerals.

Yes, it is that form. The one that is recommended in the Candida diet literature.

Good idea regarding the organ meats. I could use more of those in my diet anyway 🙂 Thank you
