    Yum. Normally I don’t like millet as it can be a bit, well, blah (you know that slightly bland taste that I’m talking about) but with the right ingredients added, it actually tastes pretty good.

    I got experimental one day while making some millet porridge and used the leftover mixture to create some crackers.
    I mixed in some chia seed, linseeds and coconut flour then after I got them out of the oven, I topped them with avocado and red peppers. Sooooo yum, the sweetness from the coconut flour, the crunch from the baked millet, suddenly I started to like this grain again.
