Spices: 1 tsp aluminum free baking soda Black Pepper Peppercorn mix Sea Salt Garlic Powder Parsley
Place onions and celery into bowl first, adding spices. Add the beef second, mixing well. Add beaten egg and then flour and baking soda. Mix thoroughly. Grease baking loaf pan with unrefined coconut oil. Set oven to 350 degrees. Takes 1 hr 15 minutes. 10 minutes to cool. Serves 4

Main Ingredients: 1 can organic coconut milk (shaken) 2 tablespoons garbanzo bean flour (or coconut) 1/2 stick organic butter 1 tsp aluminum free baking soda **Beef broth (from meatloaf – add after sauce has finished and you are ready to serve)**
Spices: Black Pepper Sea Salt Parsley
Place coconut milk in small saucepan. Let simmer. Add garbanzo bean flour. Add butter. Add spices. Simmer until thick, remove to cool. Add beef broth before serving.
