I would like to buy that coconut oil cause it is cheap. but it doesn´t say that is extra virgin. Should I buy? This is the coconut oil:

I’d get one of these other brands instead:
It’s all about going organic and the extra virgin part isn’t that important.

Hello raster thanks for the products. Can I make a confession? Well I´m a poor guy so I don´t have a lot of money for spent in coconut oils, probiotics and whatever. So I would like to know if is possible cure candida just with Onion, garlic, probiotics and olive oil and the strict diet. Because coconut oil is very expensive for me because I ´m buying it every 2 or 3 weeks. ThanksApril 27, 2012 at 12:46 pm #80219
I hear you stronger…
Well if its a cost thing, I wouldn’t get it and instead spend the money on some better food or supplements. It does go great with the breads we have on the forum but if you aren’t eating them, then olive oil, garlic, and onion work great as antifungals.
If you have herbs, these are antifungal as well. I believe almost all herbs are antifungal.
Garlic pearls or raw garlic is rather cheap as an antifungal, rutabega is a very strong natural antifungal as well. There are alternatives to coconut oil.
Olive oil is antifungal as well.

Once again Thanks raster for you good answers. God bless you. See you soon.April 27, 2012 at 2:24 pm #80234
For the same price you could get a cheap bottle of oregano oil extract or grapefruit seed extract, black walnut extract, etc and this could last you a few months. However, candida will adapt to these antifungals in time but cannot adapt easily to natural antifungals such as coconut oil, etc.
