Hi Kaye, I use stevia all the time, its brilliant. I make puddings using gluten free flour and stevia, it is perfect as is ziloton? ( spelling lol) , Not sure about the veg glycerine though , sorry

    Hi Kelly,
I use liquid stevia sometimes but it is an aquired taste. I just recently started using Yacon syrup which looks and tastes like molasses and is acceptable to use on the Candida diet. It is also a prebiotic. I ordered it from nutsonline.com
