My form of candida must be stronger then most, I’m 37 and remember that the yeast problem started when I was 4, after getting my tonsils out. I have had die off almost every day of the last 10 months. I still continue to have die off daily. I was planning on sticking with my current antifungals (caprylic acid, sf722, coconut oil, fermented garlic) until I don’t fell die off anymore. I’m wondering if the experts think this is a good plan for me. I was going to add in oregno oil and maybe GSE when I stop feeling die off. I’m just so Damn sick of being sick!Author Posts Viewing 1 post (of 1 total)The topic ‘is it time for me to switch antifungals?’ is closed to new replies.
