    Well today my mother make greens and I will eat greens at lunch and dinner. Is that healthy? Because I saw the allowed food list and I didn´t see greens.

    Yes, of course you can eat green beans. These are on the stricter version of the diet.

    Hey dude. Sorry I think I have make a mistake. I wasn´t talking about green beens. I was talking about that vegetable – http://www.drapc.min-agricultura.pt/images/noticias/grel_mira.jpg I think it is called in english like greens or something like that. Lol

    Do you mean lettuce? Most vegetables in general are allowed on the diet, specifically green vegetables…
