When you eat something on the diet, you need to ask what benefit does this bring me?

However, my wife is on the diet and she eats chocolate on the weekend (with sugar). I know women like it…

From what i’ve read it seems that, chocolate (cocoa powder) doesn’t feed the Candida, but it has some caffine, which can put stress on your adrenals , thus affecting the candida. However, for me, I find if I have it occcasionally (without sugar) it’s not a problem.

Doesn’t this set your wife back every weekend with the sugar then?!
