oKAY, so I moved to another state, and started doing a work trade with an oganic farm. That made it more difficult to follow the diet to a tee.
I added a lot of the “allowed” foods to my diet at the same time. I am now on day 80 of the entire diet, BUT, don’t know if it really counts bc I fell off.
I started eating green apples, almond butter, almonds, red bell peppers, coconut flakes, tomatoes,apple cider vinegar and limes. I believe these are all okay.
There are also some foods that are not listed on the forum’s approved foods that I have been eating, and my acne as broken out again, though not nearly as bad.
Are any of the following foods okay to add in and when?
*pea protein and rice protein(derived from peas and rice, but contains no sugar… only the protein was derived from the pea and rice.)
*raw cacao ( no sugar added)
*coconut palm sugar
few bites of quinoa ( I am the cook… on the farm)
* sweet potatoes ( one bite)
I KNOW!!! It’s so hard to face the constant pressure without caving in, especiallly in this situation for me. I was so good for so long with it.
I am still using the caprylic (sP) acid ( in the form of coconut oil), and the undecol… acid. I am also still using one of the suggested probiotics everyday.
Do I need to start everything over or just the food and stay on all the supplements I have worked up to taking?
Also, is hemp protein powder okay to use? SO healthy… need protein and omegas.
Also I will check over any preservatives.

Seems like I remember you asking for the strict diet. If you have and were following it, just start back on it for a while to repair any damage you may have done.
