I recently started following the diet about 3 weeks ago and have introduced probiotics 4 days ago. Whenever I take the probiotics I get really sleepy (“fatigued” I suppose) within an hour. This also happens when I drink kombucha that contains 2g of sugar. I don’t really get any other die-off symptoms other than the tiredness and just a little bit of brain fog. The probiotics I take are only 1 billion which I take once a day because I wanted to start off very slowly. So I was just wondering if it’s normal to get die-off symptoms so quickly after taking probiotics/kombucha. Thanks.
