Through this diet I discovered Fage natural greek yoghurt and I love it. I could eat a whole 500g tub every evening and because of this I’ve switched to the 0% fat version.
But how much should I be eating per day? Is it as small as 1 tablespoon per day..? or as much as I can tolerate..? Just out of interest really because I’m sure its not necessary for me to eat this much. But I wouldnt mind the excuse if it was!
I personally eat a few cups per day with maybe 1/2 cup of kefir mixed with it. I would try it out and see if you have any reactions or unusual changes. I would eat small amounts at first and work you way up to large servings. Sweeten it with stevia of course!
