I am wondering how many carbs you can have a day and effectively kill candida. I have to exercise 3-4 times a day for 30min each (because I feel so bad), I believe I burn alot of carbs off doing this, and I may be able to eat more then other people because of it. So I have one loaf of coconut bread a day (made with flax seeds), that comes out to about 50 carbs a day. I also have buckwheat 4 times a day. That comes out to 33 carbs each time. IS this to many carbs? will this feed the candida?
