I’m still working out protein foods, eggs have not been good, wild salmon is great but not daily.I’m two weeks in to the strict diet, wondering if it is ok to try this hemp protein powder that I have. All it contains is raw hemp protein.I think I might have developed an egg sensitivity/allergy,not feeling well today, just going to have lots of vegetable juices, water, and rest.
    Thank you!

Hemp protein is one of the test foods on the stricter diet. Just start out very slowly with 2 or 3 bites for a few days until you’re sure you’re not receiving a reaction.

I would think you could even start to experiment with other plant-based proteins and grain based protein powders. One of my favorites in the Sunflower chocolate proteins. I used http://veganproteinpowders.net to find one that I liked and bought it off amazon. Maybe if this one doesn’t work out you can try something else out.

    That recipe looks delicious btw!

I currently use VEGALITE, made my Thorne.
You can get it on amazon or http://www.healthdesigns.com -lots of places.

It’s a pea/rice protein, high quality and uses stevia.

I’ve heard the hemp is good for quality but the taste is poor.

I met with a Quantum Bio Feedback specialist yesterday, did so much muscle testing..essentially hemp is way too high fiber for me,so it’s a no go.However I’m trying to get my father to have it with fresh almond milk I make for him instead of dairy milk for protein. He’s so uninformed! I’m going to read The China Study and get him up to date on why dairy is so poisonous! ugh!
