I’m noticing that the Healthy Origins probiotic recommended by Lisa Richards Candida program, full dose 2 a day helps with my bladder pressure and frequency(Interstitual Cystitus) which I think is part caused by Candida but 2 a day gives me a lot of bowel movement- DIARRHEA! I tried 1 dose a day but I then notice my bladder starts to flare. So I’m hoping to find a probiotic that I can do more then 30 CFU’s but a little less then 60 CFU’s.
