    I am a vegan so i had this redness around my face, which i suspected was candida. Every time i ate 3 hours later it would get dry and red and flaky.

    Now i am on oatbran with greens mixed in for breakfast and puffed buckwheat w milk for lunch/dinner.
    Followed by a 2 walnuts and 2 brazil nuts for selenium.

    How do i get my nutrition vitamins and minerals.
