OK, so here we are eating all veggies for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, but I created a DELICIOUS Breakfast Salad that is filling, satisfying, and tasty! Just wanted to share it with you all because I am on day 8, and I know how hard it is.
Raw Broccoli Flowerets, cut up into bite size pieces Shredded (thin) Red Cabbage 1/2 Cucumber-peeled and de-seeded 1 small Avocado
Dressing: Lemon Juice Olive Oil Sprinkle of Cayenne Salt
Mix all ingredients, drizzle dressing on top and enjoy!
