Hi everyone, So, Ive been struggling with what to eat on this diet. It’s almost to the point where I’m afraid to eat, because everything seems to effect me. I was hoping for some ideas about grains that would be okay as a breakfast or snack?
I’ve heard that chia seeds are good, and hemp hearts. Is this correct? Do they both have to be cooked to be eaten? Any help would be great. I’m down to just salads, steamed veggies, and chicken, salmon and eggs at this point, and need to find something to alternate in for some options!
