    I’m wanting to start eating greek yogurt, where do you all buy your’s from and what brands(I’m USA east coast)? I’m looking for one with lower sugar content obviously, any suggestions?

    Home made is best obviously. and really easy to make with a yogurt maker, i suggest getting one and some good starter cultures off the net (i only know good Australian brands) as it pay$ off in the long run both in quality and $$$.

    Yes it is easy to make your own yogurt, also kefir. Get the recipe from the internet.

    StoneyField is a quality known Organic brand sold at most grocery stores on east coast.
    If you are concerned with sugar content, just read the label.

    yogurt (200g) for breakfast with

    *oatbran (quarter cup),
    *avocado (one whole),
    *stevia leaf powder (sprinkle)
    *cinnamon (sprinkle).

    I don’t know if you can get it in the US, but in Europe you can often buy “acidophilus milk”, compared to greekyoghurt it has higher amounts of bacteria and less sugar 🙂

    But overall, I don’t use yoghurt any more, it gives me rashes..
